Lead UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution and management of research initiatives for both our internal and external product portfolios, delivering vital user insights that will shape and direct our product ideation and roadmaps.

• Act as a role model with dedication and care, from skillfully designing the ideal survey questions to expertly handling challenging user interviews.

• Utilize best-in-class methodologies and industry-standard tools to gather, analyze, synthesize, and interpret complex data into rich, comprehensive, and meaningful insights.

• Create and manage a UX Research Community of Practice within the organization, promoting an environment of learning, sharing, and collaboration among team members to enhance data-driven decision-making.

• Guide cross-functional teams through the processes of brainstorming and developing strategies and product concepts based on user insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience in conducting and leading user experience research, along with planning and designing research studies and related activities.

• Proven experience in establishing and leading a community of practice or similar collaborative support groups.

• Outstanding collaboration skills with the capability to work effectively across various teams and disciplines.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill and convey data and actionable insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

• Expertise in performing qualitative and quantitative research using best-practice methodologies, industry tools, and advanced statistical modeling.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
