Lead UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee design across member journeys, tools for credit unions, and internal products.

• Transition ideas from initial discovery stages through prototyping, testing, and final experiences.

• Manage and enhance the design system encompassing responsive design, accessibility, localization, and dark mode.

• Develop clear systems and specifications that enable AI agents and engineers to implement accurately.

• Evaluate completed work, gather user feedback, and consistently improve product quality.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, customers, and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design.

• Proven track record of leading a product from uncertainty to launch and ongoing iteration.

• A portfolio showcasing strong systems thinking and exceptional craftsmanship in intricate flows like forms, disclosures, or data-heavy interfaces.

• Integration of accessibility within the design workflow.

• Familiarity with AI design and prototyping tools.

• A keen interest in the development of agent-built products.

• Capacity to work independently, communicate effectively, and uphold design decisions throughout production.

• Experience in fintech or regulated industries is advantageous but not essential.

• Successful completion of a thorough background check, credit check, and drug screening as part of the hiring process.

• Capability to provide documentation verifying identity and authorization to work in the United States if hired.
