This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Lead a collaborative and energetic team within a fast-paced environment.
• Implement NESC, ASCE, ACI, NEC, and other relevant standards in engineering and design.
• Oversee a team of engineers conducting engineering analyses and modeling.
• Manage staff by approving timesheets and conducting the annual performance review process.
• Enhance the quality control process for the execution team.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; preference for Civil Engineering.
• More than 8 years of pertinent experience in designing electric utility transmission systems with a Bachelor's degree, or over 6 years of such experience with a Master's degree.
• Proficiency in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE.
• Engineer In Training (EIT) certification.
• Strong desire and ability to mentor and develop staff.
