Lead Title Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the resolution and finalization of the title process involving various stakeholders.

• Track and monitor workflow from searchers and contractors effectively.

• Manage the intake of multi-site projects and oversee transaction management.

• Assess and confirm the accuracy of data within mortgage loan files.

• Ensure file completeness and gather any outstanding title documents.

• Approve finalized files for processing.

• Undertake special projects as assigned.

• Provide support for title production and prepare for settlement services.

• Act as a resource for the team and a subject matter expert.

• Address inquiries and develop solutions based on experience, best practices, and sound judgment.

• Organize and schedule team activities efficiently.

• Resolve complex issues and guide others toward effective solutions.

• Identify solutions leveraging extensive application and functional expertise.

• Suggest improvements to departmental processes and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or its equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of directly related experience is necessary.

• Proven leadership abilities are essential.

• Knowledge of the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act is a plus.

• Experience with HUD or closing processes is advantageous.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Must maintain professionalism and a positive service orientation at all times.

• Strong attention to detail is necessary.

• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are key.

• Confidence, sound judgment, and independent decision-making skills are crucial.

• Ability to comprehend and implement policies and procedures effectively.

• Emerging leadership skills are preferred.
