This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee support services tasks related to system maintenance and improvement, including program and project management.
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ensure system maintenance and sustainment.
• Engage in system architecture and design activities.
• Manage configuration effectively.
• Execute Agile Scrum project methodologies.
• Oversee Change Control Board (CCB) operations.
• Handle deployment and release management processes.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance tasks.
• Provide help desk and end-user support.
• Facilitate user training and create technical documentation.
• Collect metrics and generate performance reports.
• Manage data and oversee migration from legacy systems.
• Recommend platform modernization and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and governance.
• Adhere to accessibility standards (Section 508).
• Administer Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online / Power Platform.
• Provide support for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Support cloud-hosted environments within Navy Flank Speed (NFS) M365.
• Additional responsibilities include management of change requests and data migration, as well as coordinating end-user training.
• Clearance: None required, but must be a US Citizen.
• Education: Must possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Certifications: Should meet the criteria outlined in SECNAV M-5239.2, the "DON Information Assurance Workforce Management Manual," including certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CASP+, GCED/GCIH, CISM, GSLC, or CCISO.
• Must hold a current and active Microsoft Power Platform certification.
• Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years in leading the development of management information systems is required.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, testing, and troubleshooting MS Power Platform applications.
• Familiarity with SECNAVINST 3900.39E regulations regarding human subject protection relating to IT systems.
• Experience in administering Microsoft SharePoint sites and managing data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as Project and Adobe Acrobat.
