Lead Technology Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the maintenance and enhancement activities for a vital government information system that aids in human research protection oversight.

• Organizing, coordinating, and managing the change request process, data migration, and training for end-users.

• Utilizing an Agile Scrum methodology to manage work effectively.

• Acting as a senior technical authority throughout the complete software development lifecycle of solutions developed on the Microsoft Power Platform within a secure Microsoft 365 cloud environment for government use.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution.

• At least eight (8) years of experience in spearheading the development of management information systems, with a minimum of three (3) years in a technical lead or supervisory role.

• Demonstrated experience in developing, testing, and troubleshooting applications on the MS Power Platform.

• Familiarity with the administration of Microsoft SharePoint sites and data.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), in addition to Project and Adobe Acrobat.

• Experience in developing IT systems that adhere to stringent regulatory frameworks.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Current and active Microsoft Power Platform certification.

• Experience with DoW or DON systems and management.

• Knowledge of Federal, DoW, and DON human research protection requirements.

• Experience in creating IT systems that comply with SECNAVINST 3900.39E series regulations.
