Lead Technologies Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of intricate IT systems and networks.

• Supervise the architecture and deployment of both hardware and software systems.

• Ensure the security of the network while actively participating in daily IT operations.

• Recognize opportunities for automation to enhance operational efficiency.

• Create and execute robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.

• Oversee and provide support for systems integrations and automation scripts.

• Persistently refine existing technologies to align with business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field.

• Proven experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level technology systems and platforms.

• Proficient in .NET, C#, APIs, and software/web development.

• Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or comparable platforms.

• Experience with healthcare host systems like Epic or similar EHR/RCM platforms.

• Skilled in managing vendor relationships and third-party SaaS solutions.
