This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Lead and oversee a portfolio of high-impact projects within the External Manufacturing network, ensuring that scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
• Foster stakeholder alignment by resolving conflicts, clarifying responsibilities, and ensuring smooth integration between internal teams and external manufacturers.
• Take ownership of cross-functional project planning, facilitating workshops to create comprehensive project packages (charter, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, RACI, and communication plans).
• Manage the execution of complex transitions, including outsourcing/insourcing, supplier transfers, and new product introductions in collaboration with external partners.
• Implement structured governance routines to identify risks, escalations, and decision-making needs.
• Spot cost-saving opportunities across suppliers and lead initiatives in automation, productivity enhancement, and value engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure project decisions align with business strategy and operational realities.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to risk management by keeping risk registers, mitigation plans, and scenario-based recovery strategies updated.
• Serve as the primary contact for senior leadership, offering clear updates, data-driven recommendations, and established escalation pathways.
• Support governance of external manufacturing, including readiness assessments, change management, and oversight of supplier-driven projects.
• Promote standard work and best practices in project management, emphasizing documentation quality, reporting standards, and project management discipline across the network.
• Minimum functional or technical experience and skills necessary to perform the role effectively.
• Proficiency in IT and systems skills.
