• The Lead Technical Product Manager acts as a strategic leader tasked with defining and articulating the vision at the portfolio level while overseeing intricate products or small portfolios with ongoing development roadmaps.
• This role requires outstanding influence and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with technical product teams, cross-functional business groups, and executives through both direct and earned leadership.
• The Lead Technical Product Manager will guide team members in identifying user challenges, devising solutions, formulating feasible delivery strategies, and orchestrating resources for successful execution.
• This position is perfect for an experienced professional who can harmonize strategic thought with practical execution while nurturing a culture of continuous enhancement and agile software delivery methodologies.
• A BA or equivalent is preferred; an MBA is highly advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Over 5 years working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, and user research teams.
• Preferred: At least 8 years in Product Management.
• More than 8 years of experience collaborating with product, engineering, design, and user research teams.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Senior Manager role, including hiring and developing managers and senior individual contributors.
• Exceptional skills in business, design, communication, and people management.
• Ability to function as a partner and peer to colleagues in product, leadership, engineering, and customer experience.
• Capability to leverage your comprehensive range of people and product management skills to support the success of these teams.
• Proficiency in navigating ambiguity and driving strategic initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate across functions with both business and technical stakeholders and influence other leaders.
• Comfort in operating at various levels within the organization, from individual contributors to senior executives.
• Capacity to develop solutions from the ground up, encompassing all phases of ideation, design, implementation, and monitoring.
• Strong financial insight and a data-driven perspective towards problem-solving.
• A deep commitment to customer and agent empathy.
• Excellent verbal, oral, and written communication skills.
