Lead Technical Consultant – Workday Extend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, create, test, and implement Workday integrations and Workday Extend applications in accordance with client specifications.

• Develop and set up EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services integrations.

• Engage in requirements gathering, integration design discussions, testing, and production rollout.

• Produce technical documentation, including integration specifications, mappings, and support documents.

• Work in collaboration with Workday functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders.

• Provide support for Workday implementation projects and Application Management Services engagements.

• Oversee and troubleshoot Workday Extend applications and integrations throughout the entire Workday lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of comprehensive experience in Workday technical consulting and integrations.

• At least 2 years of direct Workday Extend development experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Workday Studio and PECI is essential.

• Familiarity with Workday Orchestrate, Core Connectors/CCW, EIB, Workday Web Services, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.

• Solid understanding of Workday Business Processes, security, reporting, and cross-module data flows.

• Experience in supporting Workday implementations as well as post-production/AMS engagements.

• Capability to independently manage requirements, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Excellent customer-facing, communication, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Workday Extend, Studio, and PECI are key screening criteria; required hands-on experience is crucial.

• Workday Extend, Orchestrate, or Studio/Integration certifications are preferred but not required.
