Lead Tech Analyst, HR Information Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with system administration tasks, including the configuration of business processes and the design of Workday HR.

• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to collect requirements and implement high-quality solutions within an Agile framework.

• Identify system challenges, ascertain root causes, and develop effective Workday solutions.

• Recognize and manage project dependencies along with their downstream impacts.

• Design and create custom reports.

• Configure and oversee security measures in alignment with policies and procedures.

• Provide end-user support through root cause analysis and resolution of tickets.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to design, configuration, and testing.

• Independently oversee the design and creation of deliverables.

• Assist with Workday release activities.

• Train, coach, and mentor team members.

• Enhance efficiencies and automate processes utilizing the Workday platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR ERP system development role, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving issues in enterprise software applications.

• At least 5 years of experience with Workday HCM, possessing expertise across multiple modules.

• Strong understanding of Workday Security.

• Proficient in creating Workday reports (custom, advanced, matrix, and composite), dashboards, and hubs.

• Solid knowledge of APIs, data serialization formats (CSV, XML, JSON), and best practices for software integration.

• Expertise in Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), XSLT, data transformation, Core Connectors, and PECI, as well as payroll integrations.

• Experience with BIRT for generating custom reports and managing reporting requirements within Workday.

• Strong grasp of HR processes and best practices.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to architect and design scalable solutions.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.

• Proficient coding skills in JSON, APIs, and Web Services.

• Practical experience using AI tools such as Workday AI/Agents, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable technologies.

• Capability to identify and implement process enhancements by integrating HR domain knowledge, system expertise, and automation skills.

• Access to high-speed internet at home with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

• Completion of a comprehensive background check and in-person I-9 verification prior to employment.
