This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
β’ Instruct 2-3 classes with intimate group sizes of up to 10 students, utilizing our educational resources.
β’ Conduct interviews for the recruitment of new educators.
β’ Provide training for new teachers and facilitate the growth of experienced educators throughout their professional journey.
β’ Oversee teaching quality through regular assessments and daily support.
β’ Handle relief sourcing, termly parent updates vetting, parent feedback, withdrawal issues, and more.
β’ Lead departmental initiatives such as teacher meetings and group training sessions.
β’ Assist teachers in tracking student progress and addressing parental feedback.
β’ At least 4 years of teaching experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position.
β’ Proficient with Zoom and the Google suite of applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
β’ Possess a lively and engaging teaching style, capable of delivering a 2-hour lesson with sustained enthusiasm and energy.
β’ Have an appropriate setting to conduct online lessons (a well-lit space with a neutral background and a strong, stable internet connection).
β’ Demonstrate a strong aptitude for teaching and a nurturing attitude towards children.
β’ Be driven and excel as a collaborative team member.
β’ Exhibit responsibility and a solid work ethic.
β’ Have prior teaching experience, whether online or in-person.
β’ Possess experience in team management.
β’ Be a resourceful problem-solver, able to manage projects from start to finish.
