This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Act as the subject-matter expert in sales recruitment for Stryker’s Hips & Knees portfolio.
• Responsible for attracting elite sales talent through lead generation, strategic sourcing, and market analysis.
• Create and implement the recruitment strategy for all sales and associate sales roles supporting the Hips & Knees business in the MidWest.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to ensure robust and sustainable talent pipelines.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to become a trusted ally in the recruitment process.
• Source, assess, and interview candidates for open or strategic roles within the division, in collaboration with HR business partners and hiring managers.
• Engage actively in professional and social networking to generate leads and cultivate a diverse candidate pool.
• Represent Sales to the global Centre of Excellence, sharing best practices and implementing international projects.
• Lead marketing efforts to elevate Stryker's presence in talent communities, ensuring a strong and cohesive brand image.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition, driving innovative processes.
• Conduct cold outreach to industry contacts, competitor organizations, and other leads to convert them into prospective candidates.
• Use technology to track leads, contacts, and candidates, continuously enhancing the talent pool.
• Provide training to hiring managers on recruiting processes, interviewing techniques, and sourcing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Over 6 years of professional experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in recruiting for sales and/or commercial positions.
• At least 2 years in a business-facing HR role (e.g., HR Business Partner, HR COE, HR Operations, or closely related experience).
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, sourcing, and marketing platforms to manage candidates and build proactive pipelines (Workday, Hiredscore, Paradox, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Preferred candidates will be located in the eastern time zone.
• Preferred candidates will be situated near a Stryker location.
