• Oversee facility-level placements for students enrolled in nursing or technician programs seeking internships, as well as global nurses.
• Assist students throughout their internship experience while reporting on essential findings and metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and sustain a candidate pipeline, consistently enhancing processes and fully utilizing systems and technology.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with educational institutions and local DaVita colleagues to bring Talent Partnership initiatives to fruition.
• Adhere to the established process for placing student interns and global nurses in a designated market on a continual monthly basis.
• Work directly with Facility Administrators, Regional Operations Directors, and Talent Acquisition Leaders to identify placement obstacles and devise solutions.
• Maintain regular and transparent communication with field and school stakeholders, including organizing and leading calls and distributing summary emails.
• Proactively address issues when processes falter and recognize opportunities for process improvement.
• 2–4 years of overall work experience, accompanied by a high school diploma or GED.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Capability to utilize data for performance analysis and to identify and resolve issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with senior-level audiences and external stakeholders.
• Ability to foster trust, promote collaboration, and inspire change across various teams.
• Skill in identifying and prioritizing work tasks effectively while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Ability to independently set and achieve goals across multiple programs.
