This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Establish and uphold technical standards for data architecture, modeling, and AI integration to guarantee consistency, quality, and maintainability across all initiatives.
• Suggest innovative approaches to improve data processing, enhance AI model performance, and bolster analytical security.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to align business requirements with technical data execution.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including data models, schema designs, and AI pipeline specifications, to direct development and ensure team coherence.
• Design and implement secure, high-performance data pipelines and analytical services.
• Incorporate AI/ML models into data workflows, prioritizing automated insight generation, predictive modeling, and the creation of cutting-edge user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to define project requirements and technical specifications for data-heavy applications.
• Guide junior analysts and engineers, promoting skills in AI-driven data tools and analytical best practices.
• Perform thorough peer reviews to ensure code quality, data precision, and compliance with best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues throughout the entire data lifecycle.
• Clearly communicate intricate analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Keep up with the latest developments in AI technology, data engineering, and statistical modeling.
• At least 7–10 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or data engineering, demonstrating a strong record of technical leadership.
• Solid foundation in data-intensive applications, particularly in AI-integrated data modeling and cloud computing solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of data service design patterns, including REST APIs, microservices, and contemporary data warehouse architectures.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to lead technology projects, work independently, or collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with business insight, with the skill to transform data into strategic recommendations.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred; however, extensive experience may be considered as an alternative.
