• Oversee and assist systems administrators throughout enterprise applications and cloud settings.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing Customer Experience (CX) and operational efficiencies.
• Manage and provide support for platforms including Salesforce, Tableau, and AWS.
• Create automation and scripts to boost performance and operational efficiency.
• Diagnose issues related to systems, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Set up workflows, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Assist with APIs, cloud integrations, and enterprise tools.
• Collaborate directly with government stakeholders and program teams.
• Track system health, upgrades, and operational metrics.
• Provide support for incident response, escalation management, and after-hours operational coverage.
• Bachelor’s degree along with 8+ years of experience in systems administration, including supervisory or team lead roles.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Salesforce, AWS, Tableau, Scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience in supporting enterprise applications and integrated systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Background in supporting Customer Experience (CX) or service enhancement initiatives.
• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to cater to after-hours operational requirements in a 24/7 setting.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary clearance.
