This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Gain a thorough understanding of Customer Support operations, challenges, and objectives, enhancing processes through CRM administration and consultation.
• Oversee and refine CRM configurations, such as user permissions, workflows, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and approval processes.
• Manage virtual phone systems, AI solutions, integrations, APIs, and third-party applications to facilitate seamless cross-functional operations.
• Evaluate system and team performance metrics to deliver operational insights and boost productivity.
• Work collaboratively with teams to collect business requirements, implement solutions, and assist in troubleshooting, training, documentation, and maintaining data integrity.
• Extensive experience in CRM administration, encompassing permissions, workflows, custom architecture, and system optimization.
• Familiarity with virtual phone systems, AI tools, APIs, integrations, and third-party platforms.
• Proficient in formulas, data validation, reporting, dashboards, and managing data integrity.
• Capability to assess business needs, enhance operational workflows, and execute cross-functional solutions.
• Experience in troubleshooting, providing user support, training, and documentation.
• English proficiency: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced).
