This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leads the design of large-scale projects by acting as the technical lead for intricate assignments and managing the design process from inception to completion.
• Conducts comprehensive analysis and reviews of project documentation to ensure adherence to relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
• Supervises and consistently monitors engineering processes and resources to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Establishes and enforces standards and guidelines for various engineering activities to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
• Enhances the technical capabilities of the team through design training and mentoring initiatives.
• Aids project management efforts by offering leadership and guidance on organizing technical resources for major projects and optimizing resource utilization.
• Collaborates with project managers to ensure that the technical components of projects are completed punctually, within budgetary constraints, and aligned with set objectives.
• Exhibits a high level of creativity, decision-making, and accountability for design tasks within a specific discipline.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil or Architectural Engineering with a focus on structural aspects.
• 12-20+ years of relevant experience in Structural Engineering.
• Must hold a professional registration and possess a minimum of four years of experience supervising technical staff.
• Proven history of meeting and surpassing client expectations through technical design efforts.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making capabilities, along with the ability to devise innovative and effective solutions to complex challenges.
