Lead Specialist – Supplier Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee quality assurance for designated suppliers, including the implementation of quality plans.

• Identify and select suppliers through established qualification processes.

• Take ownership of supplier performance, driving enhancements through the use of supplier scorecards.

• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance and develop improvement plans when necessary.

• Responsibilities encompass both Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development.

• Involves supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and guiding key suppliers towards achieving industrial standards of excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental experience in Sourcing & Supplier Quality Engineering.

• Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma accompanied by relevant experience).

• For positions in the USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Capability to document, plan, market, and implement programs effectively.
