This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as a reliable consultant for large school districts, offering expert advice on assessment strategies, implementation, and data-informed decision-making.
• Represent the organization at various national and regional conferences, webinars, and panels. Provide engaging presentations and participate in industry discussions.
• Write blogs, white papers, and other thought leadership materials that highlight current trends, challenges, and innovations in educational assessment.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure that district requirements align with the organization's offerings.
• Influence the future of assessment by recognizing emerging needs and aiding in the development of products and services.
• Build long-term relationships with district leaders, establishing the organization as a prominent provider of assessment solutions.
• Master’s degree (M.Ed.) is required; a Doctorate (Ed.D. or Ph.D.) is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in educational assessment, whether in ed-tech sales or as a senior leader within a school district.
• Demonstrated success in working with large districts and navigating complex organizational frameworks.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong writing skills for both professional and public-facing materials.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to influence at the executive level.
• Comprehensive understanding of assessment tools, data analysis, and their instructional implications.
