Lead Specialist, Personal Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Open and close personal deposit accounts.

• Submit and finalize loan applications.

• Coordinate home equity applications and facilitate branch handoffs.

• Conduct account maintenance, including flex relocking and CD/IRA renewals.

• Provide deposit and loan rate quotes.

• Perform wire input and verification tasks.

• Assist with retail-related calls and their routing.

• Aid in mortgage-related calls and their routing.

• Originate requests for ATM/VDC services.

• Help with online banking cross-selling and digital navigation.

• Execute DocuSign workflows and offer customer support.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain documentation accuracy.

• Qualify and direct referrals for mortgage, business, and investment services.

• Engage in peer training and process support activities.

• Provide assistance to peers with inquiries and escalated calls as required.

• Act as a remote specialist concentrating on transactional banking services and customer retention.

• Operate remotely using digital collaboration tools and consistent communication.
