Lead Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Client Launch Managers to execute Included Health services for major and strategic clients.

• Work closely with internal Engineering teams on customization requests and technical enhancements.

• Act as a technical intermediary between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and implementation.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, identifying underlying issues and providing impactful solutions.

• Engage in customer calls and technical discussions with clients and their vendors.

• Contribute to continuous process and system enhancements within the Solutions Engineering team.

• Share best practices and insights to foster team development and project success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role or a similar position that combines technical and programming knowledge while engaging with both internal and external clients.

• Strong technical expertise, particularly in SQL.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to clarify complex subjects for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience collaborating across functions with Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote work setting.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
