Lead Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product and design teams to identify solutions that address client and end-user requirements.

• Oversee the development and rollout of software platforms.

• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and optimized solutions.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports in their professional growth.

• Utilize AI agents and tools to enhance coding efficiency and automate mundane tasks.

• Spearhead the comprehensive design and development of web and mobile applications.

• Create and implement robust, scalable solutions using technologies such as React, React Native, Node.js, and other programming languages.

• Design, implement, and enhance scalable databases.

• Ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency across platforms.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to convert requirements into actionable development tasks.

• Architect modular, scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to engineers.

• Promote the adoption of innovative techniques, tools, and methodologies.

• Engage with clients to align expectations and offer technical direction.

• Support direct reports through coaching, mentorship, and guidance.

• 10+ years of professional experience in creating and delivering product-focused software solutions.

• In-depth understanding of contemporary web and mobile application development methodologies.

• Strong full-stack development expertise.

• Experience in database design, implementation, and optimization.

• Familiarity with AI-driven development.

• Proven experience in managing direct reports.

• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.

• Experience in cloud deployment and management.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
