• Spearhead the implementation of ServiceNow and AWS-native AI functionalities.

• Design and architect production-ready MCP servers featuring integrated authentication and RBAC.

• Construct a tool-accuracy evaluation framework to assess LLM tool performance in CI.

• Automate registration processes with the AWS Bedrock AgentCore Gateway.

• Oversee container deployment on AWS ECS Fargate utilizing read-only file systems.

• Deploy infrastructure as code via Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Enable observability through OpenTelemetry tracing and structured JSON logging.

• Conduct technical design assessments and governance of architecture.

• Share knowledge with the platform team through live sessions and comprehensive documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Python Expertise: Over 7 years of hands-on production experience with Python, utilizing async frameworks such as FastAPI or Starlette.

• AWS Infrastructure Proficiency: In-depth understanding of IAM role chaining, Secrets Manager, ECR, and VPC networking.

• AI & Agentic Systems: Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AWS Bedrock AgentCore.

• Identity & Security Acumen: Advanced execution of OAuth 2.0/OIDC, including On-Behalf-Of flows and JWT validation.

• Platform Engineering Background: Experience in creating Spotify Backstage templates and implementing GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.

• Enterprise Integration Track Record: Proven capability in integrating complex REST APIs, including Workday, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.

• 8+ years of cumulative IT experience.

• 6+ years of direct architecture and development experience.

• Demonstrated ability to spearhead complex, enterprise-scale implementations.

• Exceptional technical writing skills for runbooks and architectural documentation.
