Lead Software Developer – .NET, Construction Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Engage in the design and development of business applications and tailored customizations.

• Create data access layers, business objects, and presentation layers.

• Investigate and prototype ERP modules utilizing emerging technologies.

• Maintain existing code, including optimization and refactoring efforts.

• Analyze code to identify and rectify errors in current functionalities.

• Collaborate with development partners on architecture and conduct code reviews.

• Offer guidance and support to developers within Acumatica’s development network.

• Advocate for the Acumatica xRP framework.

• Work alongside developers to build large-scale, production-ready cloud-based ERP, CRM, and other web applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing commercial business applications using Microsoft technologies (.Net, C#, and MS-SQL).

• Proficient in C# with experience in writing, profiling, and optimizing complex queries.

• Familiarity with teamwork in version control systems (preferably Git).

• Strong understanding of principles, patterns, and design of intricate software systems, with the capability to apply them effectively.

• Enthusiasm for crafting robust, scalable, elegant, efficient software that performs well.

• Personal software practices that guarantee high quality even under pressure.

• Exposure to complex business solutions, ideally in ERP, Financial, Supply Chain, E-commerce, CRM, or other business management software.

• Willingness to engage directly with customers to investigate, gather product feedback, and resolve issues.

• Ability to collaborate, learn from, and educate others across various disciplines.

• Proficient in English.
