Lead Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Establish and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.

• Take responsibility for the configuration and upkeep of our CI/CD pipeline.

• Provide assistance and training to team members regarding infrastructure tools and troubleshooting infrastructure problems.

• Create and implement automated solutions to enhance the security of cloud development and delivery processes.

• Create and update documentation for infrastructure systems and procedures.

• Conduct daily monitoring of infrastructure issues.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support for infrastructure challenges.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure management.

• Proficient communication skills with fluency in English.

• Ability to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Possess strong communication abilities, sharp analytical skills, and proven design competence, with the capacity to critically assess the existing system regarding growth and stability.

• Experience with contemporary web technologies and the AWS stack.

• Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and related security challenges.

• Familiarity with SAST/DAST tools.

• Experience in processes and tools for Container Security, Image Security, and Code Security.

• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and Serverless tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and AWS Lambda.

• Skilled in programming languages like Python and Node.js.

• Solid understanding of modern architectural patterns including containerization, microservices, API gateways, etc.

• Good knowledge of operational best practices.
