📋 Description

• Oversee consulting projects from the initial discovery phase to final delivery

• Establish a regular working rhythm and facilitate decision-making forums

• Align stakeholders on reliability objectives and trade-offs

• Identify systemic risks and coordinate mitigation efforts

• Promote change adoption by integrating reliability mechanisms

• Design and implement reusable reliability solutions

• Lead detailed incident investigations and ensure that insights are translated into long-lasting fixes
