This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Direct and oversee projects from conception to completion, managing the contributions of 1–2 designers as necessary.
• Strategically plan and implement service development milestones, ensuring on-time delivery and effective communication across teams.
• Actively identify and mitigate risks, challenges, and priorities.
• Establish multi-year learning pathways encompassing content, instruction, and academic equity for both educators and administrators.
• Create and implement high-quality professional learning experiences and resources that align with a Spanish literacy curriculum and project objectives.
• Provide visual design guidance to enhance the effectiveness of learning experiences.
• Ensure that all content adheres to quality, rigor, and accessibility standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Service Design & Development team and various cross-functional partners.
• At least 7 years of experience in developing bilingual K–6 curriculum or implementation services, or in coaching bilingual curriculum.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish.
• Extensive content knowledge and pedagogical expertise in K–6 Spanish literacy and bilingual education.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilitating professional learning for educators and administrators.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in professional development.
