This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee operational implementation across various schools and leadership teams.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and contract stipulations, while promoting operational efficiency and sustainability at scale.
• Enhance the effectiveness, stability, and succession planning of school leaders.
• Facilitate enrollment growth through operational preparedness, while prioritizing the student experience and success.
• Collaborate with SSP to convert account strategy into disciplined and scalable execution.
• Support academic advancement by holding school leaders accountable for the initiatives set forth by the Academic Outcomes team, which is responsible for academic accountability.
• Guarantee that the Connections Academy model is implemented with fidelity and aligns with Pearson's values.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience as a Principal or in a comparable role is required.
• An advanced degree in Education or Management is mandatory.
• Experience in virtual school leadership is essential.
• Must possess flexibility.
• Innovative thinking is necessary.
• Proficiency with technology is important.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be data-driven and focused on results.
• Willingness to travel frequently is needed.
• Eligible for Pearson’s annual incentive program.
