This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Influencing, managing, and leading a team of sales representatives by providing guidance, coaching, and support to meet sales objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and broadening the customer base.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and aligning our solutions to fulfill their desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, ideally in a leadership capacity.
• A proven history of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to guide and motivate a sales team.
• Expertise in crafting and executing sales strategies while fostering robust customer relationships.
• Familiarity with market analysis and competitor activities to identify emerging business opportunities.
