• Over 7 years of experience in the field of software engineering.

• More than 4 years of experience in commercial Rust development.

• Profound knowledge of Rust concepts such as ownership, lifetimes, concurrency, traits, and error handling.

• Experience in roles such as Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Rust Engineer.

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex production-quality software.

• Capability to design clean and maintainable software architecture.

• Experience in efficiently processing large data volumes.

• Strong practices in testing, code reviews, and documentation.

• Experience in working with systems that are performance-critical and reliable.

• Proven experience in mentoring or leading engineering teams.

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with modular or plugin-based architectures.

• Experience with cross-platform application development.

• Knowledge of semantic web technologies.

• Experience with triplestores or graph-based data storage solutions.

• Expertise in structured, graph-based, or semantic data processing.

• Experience integrating Rust with external libraries or runtimes.
