This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate sales product strategies for one or more business lines aimed at specific markets and segments.
• Promote consistent utilization of mail order pharmacy services through strategies focused on refill rates, auto-refill enrollments, and member engagement.
• Manage the member lifecycle from initial fill through repeat fills, the adoption of auto-refill, and ongoing adherence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Contact Center, Product, Analytics, and Clinical teams to enhance member interactions.
• Detect and minimize refill leakage while enhancing script continuity.
• Leverage data-driven insights and targeted retention strategies to increase refill rates, auto-refill adoption, member retention, and prescription growth.
• Offer data-informed expertise and management reporting to elevate sales performance and market share.
• Create go-to-market strategies and pinpoint new business opportunities.
• Examine trends and utilization to uncover areas for improvement.
• Work alongside business leaders, Marketing, and Finance to develop strategic and competitive sales plans.
• Counsel executives on strategies tailored to specific segments.
• Utilize independent judgment on complex matters with minimal oversight.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer engagement, retention, lifecycle marketing, pharmacy, healthcare, contact center operations, or similar growth-oriented roles.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer retention, utilization, adherence, or recurring revenue performance.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects across Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for converting data and insights into actionable growth and retention strategies.
• Experience in managing performance metrics related to retention, refill rates, conversion, engagement, utilization, customer lifetime value, and operational KPIs.
• Skilled in building business cases, prioritizing growth opportunities, and driving quantifiable business results.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proficiency in CRM, campaign management, reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
• A strong commitment to continuously enhancing consumer experiences.
• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for remote work.
• Capability to work from a dedicated space free from ongoing interruptions to maintain the confidentiality of member PHI/HIPAA information.
