This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the training and guidance of Applications Engineers to enhance technical knowledge and organizational effectiveness.
• Create technical playbooks tailored to specific industries, facilitating the positioning of temporary HVAC, heating, and power solutions that emphasize customer value in key industrial applications.
• Serve as the internal technical authority, aiding in solution development and progressing complex opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth strategy by pinpointing investment requirements, establishing priorities, and formulating business justifications for significant initiatives.
• Forge technical sourcing alliances with strategic suppliers to broaden solution capabilities and fill gaps within the product portfolio.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred; advanced technical or business qualifications are advantageous.
• Over 15 years of experience in engineering rental systems for temporary HVAC, heating, and power solutions.
• Proven success in directly collaborating with end users to design temporary systems that improve reliability, efficiency, and productivity in complex industrial environments.
• Extensive experience in supporting commercial teams to identify, develop, and secure strategic opportunities for temporary solutions.
• A demonstrated history of driving revenue growth and enhancing portfolio performance in a large-scale rental operation.
• In-depth understanding of customer needs, operational challenges, and market trends across key industrial sectors such as data centers, petrochemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and utilities.
