This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take charge of the entire recruitment process for global business and corporate functions, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, CEO Office, and other essential areas.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior executives to establish hiring priorities, organizational requirements, role specifications, and workforce planning strategies.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by offering market insights, compensation data, hiring recommendations, and trends in the talent market.
• Spearhead recruitment initiatives for senior, niche, confidential, and business-critical roles across various regions.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive candidates in competitive talent landscapes.
• Build and sustain robust talent pipelines across key business functions to meet both current and future hiring demands.
• Conduct talent mapping activities across targeted companies, industries, and markets.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of global labor markets, compensation trends, and candidate availability across different countries.
• Guide and mentor junior recruiters, enhancing their sourcing efficiency, candidate evaluation skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Establish best practices for recruitment, interview calibration standards, sourcing frameworks, and hiring processes across business functions.
• Evaluate recruitment performance, pipeline quality, and hiring results to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Maintain precise ATS data, candidate records, and recruitment reporting.
• Monitor recruitment metrics including pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and hiring quality.
• Ensure a professional, positive, and consistent candidate experience throughout all recruitment phases.
• Support adherence to local labor laws and recruitment best practices across various regions.
• 5-8 years of comprehensive recruitment experience across various business and corporate functions.
• Proven track record in recruiting for roles such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, Consulting, CEO Office, or other critical business positions.
• Demonstrated ability to fill senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles across multiple markets.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, referrals, and other advanced sourcing methods.
• Experience managing several high-priority requisitions simultaneously while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for influencing hiring decisions and challenging assumptions when necessary.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders on hiring strategies, organizational design discussions, and workforce planning efforts.
• Background in mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior recruiters is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices, compensation frameworks, and recruitment across various countries.
• Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Outstanding communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in high-growth technology firms, startups, internet businesses, consulting companies, or rapidly scaling organizations is strongly preferred.
