This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various roles and departments.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job advertisements, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend workforce requirements and offer recruitment guidance and market insights.
• Manage recruitment campaigns, ensuring a favorable candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports on hiring performance, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
• Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition partners.
• Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to employment legislation, company policies, and best-practice hiring standards.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a proven track record in managing full-cycle hiring processes.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and online sourcing platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple vacancies concurrently.
• Aptitude for analyzing recruitment data and utilizing insights to enhance hiring results and recruitment efficiency.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation, hiring compliance obligations, and recruitment best practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
