This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead and enhance AI-driven quality engineering methodologies across product and platform teams.
• Develop and advance agentic engineering capabilities for automating intricate workflows, quality validation, and engineering operations.
• Promote shift-left engineering practices, including automation, risk-based testing, release validation, and continuous quality feedback.
• Stay actively involved with automation, validation strategies, debugging, and delivery workflows.
• Design and uphold scalable automated testing frameworks utilizing Playwright for both UI and API layers.
• Leverage AI-assisted development and agentic workflows to speed up testing, validation, defect analysis, and enhance engineering productivity.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to boost release confidence and delivery quality.
• Strong background in software engineering and quality engineering with leadership experience.
• Practical experience with Playwright and contemporary automated testing practices.
• Proven experience in constructing and scaling quality engineering processes within rapidly evolving product organizations.
• Familiarity with using Xray for test management, traceability, and release validation.
• Solid understanding of shift-left testing, automation strategies, and engineering quality metrics.
• Experience in applying AI-first and agentic development methodologies to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency.
• Capability to balance speed, quality, maintainability, and customer impact within a high-velocity environment.
• Experience in leading quality engineering teams within SaaS or cloud-native settings.
• Knowledge in security, performance, accessibility, and resilience testing.
• Experience in enhancing developer productivity, platform quality, or engineering operations.
• Background in automation engineering or leadership in product engineering.
