This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure that all care provided by the team is based on evidence, culturally sensitive, and focused on outcomes.
• Track and evaluate metrics related to clinical quality and performance.
• Engage in the creation and improvement of clinical training resources.
• Offer guidance to supervisors and managers on both clinical and administrative issues.
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for psychiatric providers.
• Deliver administrative oversight and mentorship to licensed independent providers.
• Provide performance evaluations and address any disciplinary issues concerning psychiatric providers.
• Maintain a manageable personal caseload of clients.
• Deliver direct patient care in both health plan and health system environments.
• Collaborate in care by providing expert advice to primary care physicians on evidence-based mental health medication management.
• Contribute to company-wide projects aimed at fostering innovation and growth.
• MD or DO degree required.
• ABPN Board Certification in Child Psychiatry is essential.
• Must have a current unrestricted medical license to practice in the United States (preference will be given to IMLC licensure, IMLC issuing states, and states prioritized based on operational needs).
• At least two years of experience in managing and supervising licensed independent providers.
• A demonstrated commitment to collaborative mental health care and direct patient interaction.
• Must be grounded in cultural humility with a strong dedication to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and culturally responsive care.
• Proven track record in overseeing clinical quality.
• Experience in leading and managing clinical teams.
• Familiarity with Virtual Care and telepsychiatry platforms, showing comfort and skills in remote care environments.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
