Lead Proposal Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of global project control activities

• Ensure uniform functional specifications and standard global processes for project execution

• Offer technical expertise and devise technical solutions, including configuration, performance estimation, and economic analysis, during the pre-ITO phase

• Collaborate with the commercial team

• Assess client requirements and define as well as optimize products, scope, timelines, industrial schemes, and costs

• Record technical specifications and cost components for contract implementation stages

• Implement policies and strategies utilizing technical discipline knowledge, analytical skills, and hands-on technical experience

• Suggest solutions for complex manufacturing processes featuring technical diversity or interconnected production cycles

• Serve as a resource for junior colleagues

• Lead minor, low-risk projects and assist team members in achieving consensus

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in preparing proposals and addressing public and private requests specifically for the Brazilian market

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution

• Proficient in Spanish

• Intermediate proficiency in English

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities

• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues
