Lead Proposal Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of project control activities on a global scale.

• Ensure the establishment of uniform functional specifications and standardized global processes for project deployment.

• Offer technical expertise and formulate technical solutions, which include configuration, performance estimation, and economic analysis during the pre-ITO requisition phase.

• Collaborate with the commercial team.

• Assess client requirements and define as well as optimize products, scope, timelines, industrial schemes, and costs.

• Create technical specifications and cost documentation for the execution phases of contracts.

• Implement policies and strategies utilizing technical knowledge, analytical skills, and practical experience.

• Suggest solutions for complex manufacturing processes characterized by technical diversity and interrelated production cycles.

• Serve as a resource for less experienced team members.

• Lead minor, low-risk projects and facilitate consensus among team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in proposal preparation and addressing public and private requests within the Brazilian market.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proven track record in problem analysis and resolution.
