Lead Property Manager – Short-Term Rentals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive property operations across various locations in Europe.

• Manage bookings, calendars, and guest communications with ease.

• Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness to guarantee 5-star guest experiences.

• Execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.

• Analyze local markets, competitor activities, and seasonal trends.

• Ongoing enhancement of processes and operational workflows for greater efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to European short-term rental regulations and local laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing short-term rental properties in Europe or other international markets.

• Strong operational expertise in pricing, booking processes, and guest management.

• Proficient in technology, comfortable using PMS tools, automation, and workflow enhancements.

• Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and highly organized.

• Multilingual skills (French, German, Spanish, or English) are highly desirable.
