Lead Property Manager – Short-Term Rentals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive property operations across various locations in Europe.

• Manage bookings, calendars, and guest interactions smoothly.

• Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness to deliver 5-star experiences.

• Develop and apply dynamic pricing strategies to enhance occupancy and revenue.

• Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and seasonal variations.

• Continuously enhance processes and operational workflows for greater efficiency.

• Ensure full compliance with European short-term rental regulations and local legislation.

• Demonstrated experience in managing short-term rental properties in Europe or international markets.

• Strong operational expertise in pricing strategies, booking processes, and guest management.

• Proficient with technology, including PMS tools, automation, and workflow enhancement.

• Outstanding communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Multilingual skills (French, German, Spanish, or English) are highly advantageous.
