Lead Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive property operations across various locations in Europe.

• Manage bookings, calendars, and guest interactions with efficiency.

• Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness to guarantee 5-star experiences.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.

• Analyze local markets, competitor actions, and seasonal trends.

• Consistently refine processes and operational workflows for enhanced efficiency.

• Ensure complete adherence to European short-term rental regulations and local legislation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing short-term rental properties in Europe or in international markets.

• Strong operational expertise in pricing, booking procedures, and guest management.

• Proficient with technology, including PMS tools, automation, and workflow enhancement.

• Outstanding communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and highly organized.

• Multilingual skills (French, German, Spanish, or English) are highly desirable.
