Lead Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage a vibrant portfolio of 5 - 7 accounts, ensuring meticulous oversight of project scope, change management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with consulting teams, internal leaders, and regional departments to align efforts and enhance project delivery.

• Ensure the success of overall programs while diligently managing individual projects to adhere to deadlines and budget constraints.

• Build robust relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders, promoting engagement and securing executive buy-in for project success.

• Enhance your knowledge of Sprinklr's platform components, allowing you to develop realistic project plans and innovative solutions that address client needs.

• Keep all stakeholders updated with precise project reporting and forecasting, while skillfully managing risks, issues, and change requests.

• Surpass client expectations by delivering measurable outcomes, overseeing service briefs, and driving excellence throughout every aspect of the project.

• Set a high standard for your team, advocating for quality and excellence in all project deliverables while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Remain informed about industry trends and opportunities, utilizing this knowledge to effectively shape client solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English is essential.

• Experience working alongside business owners and executive-level clients, preferably in IT, SaaS, CCaaS, Social, or Software sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-geo, multicultural teams and large-scale initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.

• Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation, and mediation skills, with the ability to inspire teams and resolve issues efficiently.

• Knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and Agile project management methodologies.

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMP, SCRUM) is highly advantageous.
