This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for COR, CO, and MIRACORP.

• Directly collaborate with client program and technical managers on significant construction and facilities projects.

• Lead, guide, and supervise contracted Project Managers across various locations.

• Organize, coordinate, and execute multiple projects and program initiatives.

• Monitor performance to ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

• Manage technical operations involving personnel, stakeholders, and intricate project workflows.

• Assist in strategic planning, long-term program execution, and resource distribution.

• Implement and manage quality assurance measures across the program.

• Ensure adherence to contract stipulations, performance benchmarks, and reporting duties.

• Assess program effectiveness and suggest enhancements.

• Monitor budgets, expenditures, cost performance, and resource usage.

• Aid in life cycle cost analyses, financial planning, and cost-benefit assessments.

• Engage in workforce planning and manage workload allocation among project managers.

• Create routine and special reports, presentations, and documentation for client leadership.

• Identify risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and address issues impacting performance.

• Utilize project and program management principles to enhance operational efficiency.

• Assist in logistics planning, scheduling, and forecasting activities.

• Execute additional responsibilities as necessary to fulfill contract objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering.

• At least 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related technical areas.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex construction or facilities programs.

• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple simultaneous projects.

• Preferred experience supporting federal, government, or large commercial programs.

• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with project management and estimating software.
