📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of delivery for intricate initiatives, pilots, or workstreams, converting product priorities into distinct milestones, timelines, and commitments.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment of delivery plans with the roadmap intent, governance expectations, and shifting priorities.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints while facilitating informed tradeoff decisions and timely escalations when necessary.

• Organize essential delivery rituals such as kickoffs, planning sessions, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination meetings that foster transparency, continuous learning, and iterative improvement across teams.

• Support change management initiatives that aid the adoption of new working methods, assisting teams in navigating organizational and process changes while ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum.

• Maintain delivery artifacts, documentation, and tools to guarantee accuracy, transparency, and a shared understanding among teams.

• Contribute to portfolio planning, intake, and prioritization processes by synthesizing inputs and preparing information ready for decision-making.

• Provide clear delivery updates and insights to senior leaders in collaboration with the Director of Project Management.

• Mentor and assist Associate Project Managers by modeling strong delivery practices, offering feedback, and sharing problem-solving strategies.

• Identify opportunities to enhance delivery systems, processes, and tools, testing refinements that bolster execution without adding unnecessary process overhead.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for EdReports’ mission and vision, our core values, and our dedication to Diversity, Belonging, Inclusion, and Equity.

• 5–8 years of experience in leading complex cross-functional projects, programs, or product delivery initiatives in agile, product-led, or similarly collaborative environments.

• Proven track record in leading delivery for complex initiatives and facilitating team adoption of new processes, practices, or methodologies in product-led or iterative work settings.

• Strong judgment in managing ambiguity, evolving scope, and competing priorities.

• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority.

• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or developing less-experienced colleagues through feedback, modeling best practices, or knowledge sharing (formal people management not necessary).

• Experience in enhancing project delivery processes, operating rhythms, or team workflows through continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making.

• Proficiency in using project management, collaboration, and reporting tools to support planning and delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Residency in and authorization to work in the United States.
