This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform integration of components and products.
• Oversee the requirements, specifications, and flow-down for products and systems.
• Lead validation and verification efforts, including system-level testing.
• Establish product requirements for modules, components, subcontractors, and partner teams.
• Manage the interfaces between components and execution teams.
• Facilitate CTQ and risk trade-offs within design teams for components.
• Oversee the overall configuration of products and maintain configuration control.
• Provide direct management of personnel, including staffing and performance development.
• Implement engineering policies and strategies utilizing technical expertise and analytical skills.
• Suggest solutions for intricate manufacturing processes and interconnected production cycles.
• Serve as a resource for less-experienced team members.
• Lead small, low-risk projects.
• Foster team consensus and communicate performance expectations clearly.
• Extensive experience in Engineering/Technology and Systems Engineering.
• For roles based in the U.S.: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the relevant job family/function.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficient in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Proven project management abilities.
• Technical expertise and strong analytical thinking.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
