This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy by defining a multi-quarter roadmap for Peptides, encompassing essential metrics, strategic bets, and the sequencing necessary to achieve our goals. Advocate for this plan to the executive team and adapt as market conditions and data insights require.
• Bridge the gap between deliverables and goals by ensuring that the developments align with the strategic plan. If discrepancies arise, you will be responsible for escalating issues, revising scopes, or realigning efforts. Accountability for the differences between the roadmap and actual performance lies with you.
• Establish operational goals by translating company-wide OKRs into specific program-level targets, focusing on clinical quality, patient outcomes, client retention, unit economics, and growth velocity. Select the appropriate metrics and defend them against less meaningful alternatives.
• Make informed decisions on build, buy, or partner strategies. Determine where to develop solutions in-house, where to integrate existing resources, and where to establish partnerships. Provide data, scenarios, and well-founded recommendations rather than just presenting options.
• Lead without direct authority by aligning Clinical, Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, RCM, Implementation, Marketing, and Client Success teams around a unified program direction.
• Be responsible for the program narrative presented to senior leadership. Conduct program reviews and distill complex operational and clinical dynamics into clear decisions and trade-offs.
• Mentor Program Managers by guiding and prioritizing their work in support of the program. The direct reporting structure and team composition may evolve as the program and overall portfolio grow.
• Ensure client outcomes for the program by acting as the executive escalation point for significant client inquiries and program-level commitments.
• Interpret client feedback and market signals by synthesizing insights from clients, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to inform roadmap decisions.
• Propel program-level commercial outcomes by collaborating with Commercial and Client Success teams to ensure the program is marketable, expandable, and capable of client retention—not solely operational.
• 7–10+ years of experience managing programs, products, or operating units within healthcare, digital health, health tech, or closely related fields. A minimum of 3 years dedicated to strategy formulation and full ownership of a roadmap.
• Direct experience with peptide-based therapies or related care models, including a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape surrounding compounded peptides, dynamics of the FDA bulks list, various peptide categories (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, semaglutide, tirzepatide, sermorelin, etc.), and the clinical evidence supporting—and limiting—each.
• Proven track record of strategy ownership rather than mere execution.
• Demonstrated capability in cross-functional leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written communication abilities.
• Experience in building structure within fast-paced environments. You have navigated the demands of hypergrowth while maintaining essential documentation, protocols, and clinical/operational rigor.
• Strong compliance mindset. You operate with careful adherence to clinical, regulatory, and data-security standards. In a healthcare context, program decisions have compliance implications; you regard documentation, escalation protocols, and audit preparedness as fundamental program deliverables rather than secondary considerations.
