Lead Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of one or more medium to large-scale programs that include multiple projects or workstreams.

• Utilize Smartsheet to manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.

• Balance and prioritize several concurrent initiatives while meeting deadlines in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.

• Employ structured problem-solving techniques to address delivery challenges, offering practical solutions and recommendations.

• Function within established governance frameworks while making informed judgments regarding delivery decisions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions and regions, contributing to a global delivery model.

• Deliver clear, accurate, and decision-oriented status reports and insights to senior stakeholders.

• Proactively identify delivery risks and manage mitigation strategies and escalation processes.

• Assist program governance forums with high-quality documentation and analysis.

• Comply with global program management standards and participate in ongoing improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in program or senior project management.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects at the same time.

• Practical experience in working with global or distributed teams.

• Direct experience using Smartsheet within a delivery setting.

• Background in large, matrixed, or transformation-focused organizations.

• Relevant program or project management certifications (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, PgMP, Agile).
