This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the go-to-market strategy, positioning, naming, messaging, and promotional activities for HubSpot’s developer offerings.
• Coordinate the launches of technical products, including APIs, AI coding tools, MCP, CLI, Developer Platform, and more.
• Define and enhance HubSpot’s emerging builder persona, targeting both traditional developers and AI-assisted builders utilizing modern coding platforms and tools.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Developer Relations, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, launch readiness, and product narratives.
• Create cohesive external narratives that simplify technically complex capabilities into clear value propositions for developers, partners, customers, and leadership audiences.
• Explore and experiment with innovative routes to market that enhance awareness, engagement, and adoption among both technical and non-technical builders.
• Develop launch assets, enablement materials, newsletters, campaign messaging, FAQs, release communications, and technical marketing content to effectively reach new and existing users.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across a wide stakeholder network while proactively identifying dependencies and mitigating launch risks.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, customer feedback, and usage data to refine the go-to-market strategy and enhance adoption outcomes.
• Support HubSpot builder-centric events and launch moments, including quarterly builder activations and technical product showcases.
• Extensive experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or developer-focused go-to-market roles within a SaaS or product-led growth organization.
• Proven track record of owning and executing comprehensive launches for technical or developer-oriented products.
• Strong grasp of developer ecosystems, APIs, webhooks, CLI, integrations, and technical platform concepts.
• Ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in developing positioning, messaging, and narratives for emerging or evolving product categories.
• Demonstrated capability to lead intricate cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Data-driven mindset for measuring adoption, engagement, and launch success.
• Experience in utilizing AI tools and workflows to enhance efficiency, speed up execution, and scale marketing operations.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
• Cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission, and annual bonus targets.
• Eligible positions may participate in the equity plan for RSUs.
