
Lead Product Manager – Lending Digital Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of the roadmap and long-term strategy for our digital application experiences.
• Examine user behavior, funnel metrics, and customer feedback to continuously improve and enhance the existing digital application process, boosting conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Standardize and unify the digital experience across our various loan products, ensuring a consistent and intuitive interaction set for our customers.
• Design, test, and implement intelligent cross-sell features within the digital application flow to maximize customer lifetime value without introducing friction to the core application.
• Collaborate closely with our phone sales and operations teams to create a seamless, omnichannel experience that allows customers to effortlessly transition between self-service digital tools and human assistance without losing context or progress.
• Adapt and structure our digital experiences to interact effectively with both internal and external AI agents, supporting or acting as a proxy for our human sales and support teams to ensure our platform is equipped for next-generation automated interactions.
• Work with engineering, design, data science, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products promptly.
• At least 6 years of demonstrated product management experience, successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
• A background in fintech, consumer lending, or financial services is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of exemplary financial consumer experiences.
• Proven experience in developing consumer-facing tools that integrate with complex internal and external systems.
• Experience with AI technology integration is preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and analytical thought process, resulting in effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capability to drive success through the definition of clear business outcomes, rapid product iteration, and efficient prioritization.
• Strong ability to utilize data to inform product decisions, identify friction points in a conversion funnel, and evaluate the success of new features.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority, uniting diverse stakeholders around a common product vision.
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
